Most companies never leave the allowance. If you do, extra usage is billed at these rates — nothing is blocked mid-assessment, and nothing is charged without appearing on your usage page first.

Storage is rent, not a purchase: a recording kept three months is charged three months, because that is what it costs us. Deleting recordings lowers next month.

Each time you ask for an outline. Redrafting costs the same again.
Writing a lesson, or generating a quiz
Per lesson written. The builder shows the total before it starts.

A recorded answer costs by its length
Longer answers cost more because there is more to transcribe and read. Spoken-language assessment, where it is switched on, adds to the same answer rather than charging separately.

The questions everyone has
Does it cost more as we grow?
No. The monthly fee is per company. Add ten people or ten thousand and it does not change — only actual usage beyond the allowance does.
What happens if we run out mid-month?
Nothing stops. A candidate is never blocked part-way through an assessment. Usage carries on and appears as overage on your next invoice, itemised.
Can we cancel?
Any time, from your billing page. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export your data before or after.
Do we have to take both products?
No. Each works completely on its own. Taking both simply means one login, one people directory, one bill and one shared pool of credits.
Will we be surprised by a bill?
Every credit spent is listed on your usage page with what spent it and when, in whatever date range you choose. You can see the month building as it happens.
What about our recordings?
They are never deleted on a schedule without your approval and an itemised list of exactly what would go and why. Storage is charged monthly while they are kept.
