Train your people. Keep them.
Courses, live classes, onboarding — and the community, recognition and messaging that make people actually use them. One product.
Sold as one product, because it only works as one
A course catalog nobody opens is a filing cabinet. The community, recognition and messaging are what make the training get used — so they are not a separate purchase.
AI course builder
Describe a topic, paste your handbook, or upload a PDF — and get a full course back: sections, lessons written out, and quizzes. Edit anything; write any lesson yourself for free.
Courses that hold up
Modules, rich text, video, documents and quizzes. Passing scores, sequential unlocking, certificates with expiry, and completion tracking that a compliance auditor can read.
Bring your own courseware
Import a SCORM 1.2 or 2004 package and it plays as a lesson like any other, with the learner's progress and score tracked and kept. Courseware you have already bought does not have to be rebuilt to live here.
Live classes
Schedule a virtual classroom against any course. Attendance is recorded, the session can be captured, and learners who missed it get the recording. Attending can complete the course and issue a certificate.
Onboarding paths
Assign a sequence to a new starter by role or department, and see who is behind without chasing anyone.
Community and chat
Company channels, private group chats and direct messages in one place — with shout-outs, polls and reactions, so learning happens where people already talk.
Recognition and surveys
Points, levels, badges and leaderboards, plus eNPS and pulse surveys — the part that turns a course catalog into something people come back to.
Sends completions to your LRS
Already run a learning record store? Course completions, passes and attendance are posted to it as xAPI statements as they happen, so your existing reporting keeps working. (We send statements — we are not an LRS ourselves.)
Reporting a compliance officer can use
Any date range, filtered by department, job title or course, with completions over time and a pass rate counted over attempts that were actually scored. Open any learner and see every course they took. Export what is on screen, or have a report emailed every Monday.
One monthly fee, per company
Not per seat — add your whole workforce and it does not change. AI credits — what building a course with AI spends — are bought separately, so you only pay for them if you use them. Storage has a monthly allowance; beyond it you pay for what you keep, and nothing is charged without appearing on your usage page first.
Hiring and training, or just one
Assessments & Hiring is our other product — skills tests, one-way video answers and live AI-copilot interviews. Take either on its own, or both. Same login, same people directory, one bill.
