Frequently asked questions

How do I create an assessment?
Sign in, open the builder, and click “Create Assessment”. Pick questions from the bank (filter by type, category or difficulty), set a time limit and passing score, choose proctoring and branding, then save. Your assessment gets a shareable candidate link.
How do I invite a candidate?
Open Manage Assessments, find your assessment, and click “Copy Link”. Send that link to the candidate — they can take it on any device, no account needed. You can set max attempts and an expiry date.
How do I read results?
Go to Results to see every submission with its score, pass/fail, per-question detail, and any proctoring flags. Use Compare to put candidates side by side, and add private admin notes to any response.
How does billing and usage work?
Each product is $99 a month per company, however many people you add. That includes 100 completed submissions, 50 AI media credits and 10 GB of storage each cycle. Beyond that: $0.20 per extra submission, $0.40 per extra AI credit, $1.50 per interview-hour billed by the minute, and $0.10 per GB of storage each month it is kept. Nothing is ever blocked mid-assessment, and every credit is itemised on your usage page with what spent it and when.
How do I manage my team?
Company admins can invite teammates and assign roles. Each company is its own workspace; data is scoped to your company. The platform owner (master admin) can manage companies and support you via impersonation.
How do I build a course?
Open Course Builder and pick New course. Describe the topic, paste your own handbook or policy, or upload a PDF — you get an outline to check and edit before anything is written, and the builder tells you the credit cost before it starts. You can also skip AI entirely and write every lesson yourself, which costs no credits.
How do I get a course to my people?
Publish it, then assign it — to everyone, to a department, or to named people. Onboarding paths assign a whole sequence to new starters by role. Learners see what they have been given under My Learning, and you can see who has finished without chasing anyone.
What is the difference between a channel, a group chat and a direct message?
A channel is a noticeboard: unless it has been restricted to chosen people, everyone in your company can read it, and who may POST is set per channel. A group chat is invite-only — only members can read or find it. A direct message is between two people. Restricted channels show a padlock.
Do I need both products?
No. Assessments & Hiring and Learn & Engage each work completely on their own. Taking both simply means one login, one people directory, one bill, and one shared pool of AI credits. You can add the second at any time.
What happens to candidate video and audio recordings?
They are kept for as long as your retention setting says, and they are never deleted on a schedule without you first seeing an itemised list of exactly which recordings would go and why. You approve or decline. The only exception is a legally required deletion, which still appears in the record after the fact.
